Bean Pot Pumpkin Crunch Dessert


Ingredients:
1 yellow cake mix
1 can (15oz) solid pumpkin
1 can (12oz) evaporated milk......
3 large eggs
1 1/2 cups of sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup butter (melted)


Directions:
Add all to Celebrating Home Bean Pot with lid on and cook in Microwave 13 minutes. Enjoy!
