FRENCH TOAST IN THE BEAN POT

Ingredients:
10 slices of bread
5 eggs
1/3 cup milk
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Pancake syrup


Directions:
Break bread into chunks and put in the bean pot to fill it about half way. In a separate bowl, whisk 5 eggs together with 1/3 cup of milk, a shake of cinnamon or two, and a dash of nutmeg. Pour over bread cubes. Place in refrigerator over night. Next morning squeeze bottled pancake syrup over bread and egg mixture. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 45 minutes. SUPER YUMMY!!!
