Scalloped Corn

Ingredients:
2 14½ oz. cans cream corn
16 Saltine® crackers
2 eggs
1 tablespoon milk

Directions:
Place corn in Bean Pot. Scramble eggs and milk together; pour over corn. Crush crackers in zip lock bags and mix with corn mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
