Carrot Cake

Ingredients:
1 Box Carrot Cake mix
handful coconut
handful chopped pecans
1/2 pkg. white chocolate chips
16 oz. sour cream
3 eggs
1 small can drained pineapple  (optional)

Directions:
Mix all the above together in the Bean Pot.  Place lid on Bean Pot. Bake 12 minutes in
microwave. Serve with icing or cool whip. Enjoy!
