Roast Beef and Vegetables

Ingredients 1 chuck roast
5 potatoes peeled and quartered
1 package mini carrots
2 onions peeled and quartered
1 large can French onion soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt and pepper

Directions Pour soup in bean pot and mix. Do not add water.
Place roast into soup. Salt and pepper vegetables and arrange around and on top of roast. Cover and bake in oven for 2 hours at 325 or until roast is fork tender.
