½ lbs chicken (cut into bite size pieces)
2 Cans Chicken Broth
2 Cups Instant Rice
1 Cup Chopped Mushrooms
1 Cup Chopped Cilantro
Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Salt, to Season Chicken
Directions:
Put Chicken pieces in the Bean Pot, Season with Salt, Pepper and Garlic Salt to taste. Add all the other ingredients.
Put lid on and microwave for 18 min. (microwave power varies.
Check every 5-6 minutes, stir and continue cooking
until chicken and rice are cooked thoroughly)
