Chocolate Lava Cake
In your Bean Pot, mix a chocolate cake mix and the ingredients shown on the box. On top of the batter, randomly "plop" spoonfuls of chocolate frosting (use the whole can). Cook in microwave for 12 minutes/lid off. Put in Basket for transport —the Pot is HOT! (Serve w/lce Cream or Cool Whip)
Var: stir peanut butter chips into the batter and/or use peanut butter in place of some or all of the frosting.
