4 - 6 Chicken breasts (boneless
and skinless)
2 10 1/2 oz. cans Cream of
mushroom soup1 16 oz. Sour Cream
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
Directions:
Place chicken in bottom of bean
pot. Mix remaining ingredients and
pour over
chicken. Bake at 350 for 30 - 35 minutes Remove from oven and let cool for
5 minutesbefore serving over cooked rice or noodles.
