Rotisserie Style Chicken

Ingredients:
Whole chicken (innards removed)
2 cups water
1 chicken bouillon cube
 

Directions:
Seasoning mix of your choice- like Lawry’s seasoning salt, McCormick’s Rotisserie Chicken, Emeril’s Essence, Garlic Pepper, Lemon Pepper.  Place chicken in bean pot. Add water and bouillon. Cover chicken with seasonings. Cover and microwave 30 minutes.
