Ingredients:
1 pkg Fully Cooked Southwestern Chicken Breast Strips or 1-1/4cups Frozen Fully Cooked Southwest Chicken Breast Strips (Bagged), thawed
2 cups cooked, drained and cooled penne pasta
1 medium zucchini..., chopped
1 medium yellow squash, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup bottled ranch-style salad dressing
Directions
Cut chicken strips into cubes. Toss chicken, pasta, zucchini, squash and peppers together into bean pot. Combine cheese and dressing in small bowl. Pour over chicken and pasta mixture. Toss to coat. Chill before serving.
Serving Suggestions: Spoon salad onto lettuce leaves on individual serving plates. Serve with bakery rolls. Refrigerate leftovers.
