Ingredients:
1 ½ Boneless Chicken Breasts in bite sized pieces
 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
 2 C. Instant Brown Rice 
 1 C. Water      
 24oz. Jar Salsa Mild or Hot (Your Choice)
 Shredded Cheddar Cheese
 
 Directions:
Brown Chicken in oil. Place Rice & Water in Bean Pot. Stir. Place browned Chicken on top of rice.  Add Salsa and microwave for 15 minutes. Top with cheese & serve.  Salsa heat will determine the spiciness of the dish.
